Payment & Cancellation

• 50% deposit required at booking; balance due before arrival

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in

• 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in

• No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests

• Must be 25+ to book

• Guests are responsible for any damages during stay
